ABDM was founded by Mr. Moe Abdelsamad, an acclaimed real estate expert and customer centric industry professional. His goal is to bring in a differentiated and highly customized approach to his property management client experience. Township matters, a vast array of vendor service coordination, risk mitigations personally attending to community members, and commercial property affairs. Today, a team of skilled and passionate professionals at ABDM assists customers in all of these aspects with an attention to detail and sense of urgency. With headquarters located in Hillsborough, New Jersey, ABDM is easily accessible to many of its clients. The company is founded on the “client-first” mentality and ensures that concept is made clear in business.

Founder and President of ABDM
Moe Abdelsamad founded ABDM Property Management as a result of his passion for real estate. Moe has more than 20+ years of combined experience in property management and real estate. He has managed condominium associations, multi-family properties, apartment buildings, and Class A commercial building consisting of 300,000+ square feet of space. Moe has developed a unique ability of guiding his clients through the various aspects of administrative, physical and financial requirements of the asset. He applied these skills in attaining the certification of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Certified Association Management Specialist (AMS) from the Community Association Institute. He is also certified as a CPM (Certified Property Manager) Candidate by the Institute of Real Estate Management. His success stems from a strong and clear commitment to providing the very highest level of service possible, allowing him to maintain client goals as his first priority.
CFO, CPA, MSAC
Stacey joined ABDM Property Management in 2015 and has over 18 years of property management experience. Her area of expertise in the industry is accounting/financial reporting, budgeting and management.
She is a professionally trained auditor and started her career auditing condominium and homeowners associations in the tri-state area.
From there Stacey transitioned into private industry as the Controller of a large property management company, overseeing the accounting function for over 95 community associations.
Stacey has a Masters of Science in Professional Accounting from Seton Hall University and a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire.
Stacey enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hiking or at the beach. She appreciates volunteering and is currently serving as the Treasurer of her son’s elementary school PTO.
Robin joined ABDM Property Management in early 2021. She has over 20 years of office management and customer service experience. She has overseen everything from HR duties to helping improve organizational processes, customer relationships, productivity, and efficiency.
Robin has a wide variety of interests but especially enjoys cooking, traveling, and reading.
ABDM is an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) and an Accredited Management Organization (AMO). ABDM leverages industry standard and highly flexible financial, accounting and digital platforms to offer end to end property management services to its Customers. The industry accreditation and best in class platforms ensures that ABDM customers have access to everything they would need.
